The March/April Pilates Style magazine featured Yamuna Zake, the founder of the YBR technique. Last summer, I had the great pleasure of introducing Sting to Yamuna Body Rolling at the beginning of the Police reunion tour. He really enjoyed it!
I have found YBR to be a great addition to my work with clients and I can keep my body fluid between sessions on long days. The Yamuna Balls used in combination with Pilates increases your body awareness through experiential anatomy education. Several clients who have traveled with Yamuna Balls enjoyed the chance to continue their work-out program as well as relieve travel stressors.
