Meet Lynn: “I came to movement later in life. When I started Pilates at Studio Evolve at age 60, I was at a crossroads regarding my health and mobility. Through my experience at Studio Evolve, I was introduced to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and to my delight and surprise, I found a form of exercise and movement that organically created ease and happiness in my body.
