Heu Yee Leung-Davies
Heu Yee loves helping her clients feel more present and empowered in their bodies. For her, Pilates is about learning to listen to and nurture one’s body. Its subtle movements transform how you feel, allowing you to relax, find balance, and strength both mentally and physically.
She first discovered Pilates as a teen but got hooked as a young adult struggling with headaches, backache and general “desk body” fatigue and tension. Wanting to deepen her understanding and practice, she became certified with Merrithew STOTT Pilates in 2011 and has since taught in Vancouver, B.C. and New York City.
When not at the studio, she can be found expanding her knowledge of body movement disciplines or enjoying time with her husband and baby girl. Before moving to Seattle in 2016, Heu Yee lived in New York City, the UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Germany and Thailand.
Certifications and courses include: STOTT Pilates Mat & Reformer, STOTT PILATES Total Barre, Buff Bones℠ Osteoporosis in Depth, Franklin Method®, and Breathing for Life.
