Assistant Manager
Responsibilities Include:
Customer Care Support - sharing in responding to new and current client questions and client follow up
Keeping track of communication and tasks on a shared spreadsheet
Social Media posting and basic understanding of social media strategy
Creating images in Canva and taking in studio candid shots for use in social media and other marketing
Newsletter Preparation
Tracking and analyzing results of our marketing so that we can continue to grow efficiently
Comfortable with or willing to learn the tech that we use: MindBodyOnline, Gmail, Canva, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Voxer, Loom, Vimeo, Brandbot, Squarespace, Asana, Google Voice
May also include - software management, teacher sub schedule management, organizing events for members or teaching team and more

You will work closely with Studio Evolve’s CEO & Founder Martine Dedek and our Customer Care Manager, and your responsibilities may expand as the business grows.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay starting at $20/hour with room to grow as the business grows
Flexible schedule (10 hours per week to start, potential for more hours in the coming months)
Complimentary Pilates classes on a space-available basis

This can be a hybrid WFH position with availability to work at the studio weekly
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growing into a Manager position and learn about the wellness industry and small business management skills, with a flexible, part-time schedule!
Gyrotonic Instructor and/or Pilates instructor
Gyrotonic Instructor: Apprentice level training minimum
Pilates Instructor: Contemporary Pilates Training, Mat & Reformer Minimum
Prior experience teaching movement preferred
Shifts are AM: 7 or 8am start until noon or 1pm; PM: 3 or 4pm start until 8pm; Minimum availability is 2 shifts/week
Currently hiring Gyrotonic Instructor for: Mon, Tues or Thurs AM; Mon - Thurs PM; typically weekday PM shifts fill more quickly with private session clients
Currently hiring Pilates Instructor for: Mon-Sun AM; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri PM, Sat or Sun AM or afternoon/evening PM shift
Qualities We Look For:
Curious people person who loves movement and is looking for a meaningful career with a positive impact on people’s lives
Dedicated, responsible, trustworthy, pro-active and a clear communicator with some customer service experience wanting to join a team of like-minded movement instructors
Comfort in working with folks with injuries and chronic pain and you enjoy helping your clients stay active as they age
Ability to create joyful, customized and restorative individual sessions for our clients, meeting them where they are
Experience with or desire to teach clients of a variety of ages and abilities
Teachers who understand the importance of communication skills and that an authentic heart-felt connection with your clients is what builds a full schedule and abundant studio!
