We are looking for a Pilates Instructor with minimum Mat & Reformer Certification for 2-3 evenings shifts - Monday through Thursday - to start in September. Ideally you’re also available to teach Saturday morning classes once or twice a month. Complete the form below to apply!

FRONT DESK Client support

We will be hiring for a second part-time front desk, in person position this fall. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage the day-to-day needs of the studio and our clients to ensure that everyone has a fabulous experience of coming in to the studio. This includes managing current clients’ accounts, responding to client questions, following up with new client leads, assisting in sales, finding subs when needed and allowing our Instructors focused on what they do best - teaching clients.

You are a natural organizer and like following a plan and improving systems to increase efficiency and clarity. You’re looking for something meaningful and want to put your heart into your work. You are a people person and thrive working in a community. You have a passion for the wellness industry and are looking for a part-time endeavor. You may even be curious about becoming a Pilates or Gyrotonic Instructor down the line. You will work closely with Martine, Studio Owner and this position has the potential to become Studio Manager role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Service & Sales: comfortable selling our amazing services, excellent client communication, efficient scheduling, follow up responding to client inquiries

  • MindBodyOnline: updating information, following up with teachers and clients for accurate records in our online schedule program

  • Operations Manual Expansion: documenting clear processes to optimize business operations; creating checklists and schedules

  • Marketing: social media content support, posting, newsletter support

Skills:

  • Friendly and effective communicator, well organized, efficient, passionate about holistic wellness and creative

  • Writing ability - for clear, simple studio processes and marketing/educational materials

  • Familiarity with or ability to learn: Word, Excel, MindBodyOnline for studio scheduling, Squarespace, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Asana

COMPENSATION & HOURS:

  • This position is 10-15 hours/week to start with the potential to expand depending on business needs and candidate skill set. Hours are flexible but may include some evenings or weekends.

  • This is an hourly position starting at $23/hr DOE and in person at Studio Evolve. Potential for sales bonuses and health care stipend.
