Cindy has been practicing Pilates for over 25 years, and her journey started after a car accident left her feeling stuck and frustrated with traditional rehab. When she found Pilates, things finally began to shift. She noticed consistent improvement, faster recovery, and a growing sense of confidence in her body — and she’s been hooked ever since.

Pilates has become a non-negotiable part of Cindy’s life. When she practices regularly, she feels less joint pain, more mobility, and strength that shows up everywhere — especially on the ski slopes, where Pilates has made a noticeable difference in how she moves and performs.

Teaching Pilates felt like a natural next step. The practice has given Cindy so much, and she jumped at the opportunity to share it with others. Nothing lights her up more than seeing clients stand taller, move more freely, and feel stronger and more at home in their bodies.

Her favorite Pilates move? Anything that works the core — there’s always something new to explore.

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll probably find Cindy skiing in the winter, camping in the summer, or dreaming up her next adventure. She’s recently traveled to Japan, Greece, and the Canadian Rockies, and has an upcoming European cruise planned — the wanderlust is real.
