Active, Healthy Aging Through The Accelerator

Our clients report less pain, more energy, and more joy in just one month…

When you get to middle age and beyond, the little aches and pains, plus the occasional larger injury, just start to happen.

Yes, it can be frustrating to try to adapt. But it’s typically not a sign that something is wrong.

It’s just a sign that your body is asking for a higher level of care, attention, and support.

We designed The Accelerator for folks who understand the importance of a functional movement practice, and are ready to get serious about their commitment to their own long-term health.

The Accelerator is NOT a boot camp - the movement is gentle, restorative, injury-friendly, and highly personalized.

It’s a deep self-care immersion designed to set you up with healthy and sustainable habits for LIFE - practices that will make a world of a difference in your comfort levels and your capacity to stay active as you age.

Our clients have found that The Accelerator is especially supportive and potent when they are in moments of transition in their lives.

Those transitions can include:

  • Menopause and perimenopause

  • Career transitions and moving into retirement

  • Adapting to life as an empty-nester, and the identity-shift of becoming a parent of adult children

  • Moving through medical challenges, healing from surgery, or finishing a course of PT and wondering “what’s next.”

Personal transitions are fertile times in your life to invest in your long-term health because…

  • When your life is changing, there’s more room for plasticity in your habits, and it can be easier to move your schedule around to accommodate your desires for your life.

  • When your body is changing (and your body IS changing in response to your life changes, whether you feel it or not) it can be easier for your body to take on new postures, shapes, anatomical habits.

If developing simple and effective habits that help you stay healthy and active as you age is a high priority for you, we invite you to check out The Accelerator.

P.S. After only one month in The Accelerator, our clients are reporting that they have more energy, less pain, and more access to JOY in their lives.

We can’t wait to find out what’s possible for you!
