A New quarterly Class for Your Wellness Journey

Breathwork and Movement

Breathwork and Movement

We are so excited to announce a brand new monthly class with Chelsea…join us for Breathwork and Movement, once a month on Fridays at 5PM!

Chelsea’s first monthly class, on Friday February 16th at 5PM, will focus on breathwork and movement to relax and unwind. These will typically be held on the second Friday evening of each month, with a difference seasonal theme each time.

In this sixty-minute class, Chelsea will guide you through a series that incorporates breathing exercises, gentle movement, and meditation designed to help you soothe your nervous system and release excess tension.

This class will be restful and restorative, an opportunity for you to give YOURSELF some Valentine’s Day love and replenish your internal resources so that you can show up more fully to the rest of your life.

You will leave feeling grounded and relaxed, and walk away with specific breathing exercises you can use anytime you want to calm your energy, calm your mind, or prepare for sleep.

This class is open and accessible to folks who are working with injuries or mobility limitations. Chelsea will offer modifications within the movement series, and also invite you to adjust as needed.

You are also welcome to come for the breathwork only if movement doesn’t feel supportive to you right now!

This class will incorporate movements from several modalities including Pilates and Yoga. It takes place on the mats using small props, and does not use the Reformer.

You can sign up using your regular class package or membership, or purchase a drop-in!

This class is limited to 6 people - click here to reserve your spot now!
